ALUMINUM POLISHING AND CLEANING TIPS
SECTION 1
Step 1- Clean surface using our Real Wheel Cleaner (SCP116), water
rinse and dry surface
Step 2 - Clean surface with a good prep-solvent (dewaxer/degreaser).
This will remove any build up you may have on the surface.
Step 3 - Use EASY Aluminum Polish (SCP111)
A. Follow the directions on the bottle. Shake well and shake
occasionally during use.
B. Do one section of the wheel at a time.
C. Keep using the “black spot” on your rag and reapply polish as
needed to the black spot.
D. Wipe off the residue with a clean, dry cloth while it is still
moist. If it dries before you can get to it, reapply polish to that
area. Then remove per directions.
E. Buff with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Use cotton as a second
choice.
SECTION 2
If your surface is heavily oxidized or you still have water spots
and/or a haze on the surface there are two methods to use to renew
your wheels.:
METHOD 1
Use our REAL Wheel Cleaner (SCP116) and #0000 steel wool together to
remove any water spots and/or hazing. Keep the wheel surface and the
steel wool wet with REAL Wheel Cleaner as you scrub. Continue until
the hazing and/or water spots are gone. Rinse with water and dry
surface periodically to check progress

METHOD 2
Apply our Speed Clay using the included Speed Sponge and Speed Clay
directions (SCP124). This will remove heavy oxidation and with
repeated application also remove hard water spots. Continue until
the hazing and/or water spots are gone. Rinse with water and dry
surface periodically to check progress
